Must be a California Resident Over the Age of 18.	Must Have a Verifiable Source of Income	Must Have an Active Checking Account	Must Provide One Personal Reference
You cannot be currently serving in the military. A federal law title 32 CFR Part 232 prohibit this lender from making loans to military personnel.

Current Pay-Roll Stub	W-2 from Previous Tax Year	Current Bank Statement	Current California Drivers License or I.D.
